Let me start by saying thank you to Revolution for their fat burners. I was getting ready to do my first body building show. Actually I had just decided to do my first body building show and I was mapping out my training and weight loss strategies. I definitely was to include a fat burner at least at the very end when all the fine tuning was to happen; it was just which one was going to be most effective with the least amount of side effects.

It was about twelve weeks prior to the show time and although I was gaining muscle I still had some weight loss ahead of me. The fat burner combination I previously used was caffeine, aspirin and ephedrine. Body builders call that a “stack”. Although it has some fat burning qualities I was jittery and my sleep patterns were interrupted. A friend told me about Revolution Weight Loss fat burner capsules. I started my strict training and diet in January 2011 and was at the time still taking the “stack”. I still had some fat to burn but that was okay at that point in the training. I started taking the Revolution Weight Loss fat burners about twelve weeks prior to the show. The show date was April 16, 2011. My waist measured at twenty-seven inches. Not that out of control but my goal was to get to a twenty-five inch waist and be ripped. I was one hundred and forty pounds and smooth. I am a forty five year old woman and I had never really worked abdominals. I could never see the definition in my waist. Although I was never a heavy girl, I just lacked the cuts and definition that is required in competing. Also I had a little fat pad around my back and under my butt that had to go.

I started taking one fat burner a day in the morning to be cautious. I have to admit I was a little groggy still but I think I was detoxing from all the caffeine and ephedrine. By the end of the first week I was taking two fat burners a day. (One in the morning and one around noon.) I was told not to take them too late in the day as they may interrupt your sleep patterns. Well I wasn’t jittery but still got the boost I wanted in my training. I had no loss of appetite. I actually felt like I was gaining weight but I was gaining muscle and leaning out. My waist had dropped to a twenty-six by March and the fat pad on my back had all but disappeared. My obliques were starting to show. I never really saw them before.

Now the diet and the training were intense the few weeks prior to the show. I needed food, good food, and good sleep to grow and train the way I wanted. In the last few weeks I experienced some weight loss, and the fat burners had my waist down to the twenty-five inches I wanted with my abs popping.

My competition weight was one hundred-twenty eight and I had my twenty-five inch waist. I was well defined. The best shape of my life. I placed third in the Grad-master Figure class in my body building show.
